Norleen Manwill is a Certified Public Accountant in northern California, but servicing clients throughout the state and across the United States.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles) in 1983 and her CPA license from California in 1985. After three years in public accounting, Norleen became the corporate controller for a small family-owned manufacturing company where she created the manual accounting system from scratch. After two years, she became the corporate controller for a mid-size multi-national corporation where she had primary responsibility for a software conversion and supervised a staff of 5-7 employees. During the four years with this company, Norleen developed her knowledge and skills to include LIFO inventory valuation, currency-exchange calculations, and multi-state tax compliance.

In 1992, she started a bookkeeping and tax business in Long Beach, California. In 1995, Norleen moved to Chico, California and successfully retained the majority of her clients from Southern California while expanding to include local area clients as well.
